Happy Late 4th Of July Post!

We had a okay 4th, went to the lame parade they have here in FL lol on our way home got a bad text saying my gandpa was in the hospital actually the same one as my little brother Aaron and his wife Jessica were in with there new bundle of joy! My grandpa was not doing very well & was sent to the ICU & was not sure what was going to happen. From that momment on it was hard for me to focus on the day or any activity with being away from family & just waiting by the phone for any updates was so hard! I put the kids down for naps & had to get started on making a treat for that nights BBQ. Getting updates here & there it did not look good they were thinking he was going to go fast but not sure so I just kept by the phone. We went to the BBQ at Jac & Brittany's house that evening with some other friends & there kids. The food was awesome & was fun to get together to get my mind off everything. Ryan took the kids swimming while I sat out by my phone playing the waiting game.. Talked with my dad & Aunt Michelle to find out Grandpa was doing better & joking around with everyone in the room.. It was hard to know I was the only one not there but glad he was doing better! We then took off to the Fireworks where the kids had fun running and kicking the ball around with daddy & friends. Brittany & I just sat & relaxed & talked I love talking to that girl she always makes me feel better! I got the kids all the glow stuff out & we had lots of fun with that.. The kids love that stuff it's funny. The kids appreciated & enjoyed the fireworks allot more this year which makes it funner! We had lots of fun but kinda a stressful 4th for me.. But I am so glad & proud to be an American & the life which we are able to give to our children for living here.. Thanks to all those troops & there familys for the sacrifice they have made for us..
