Colorful Rice (Pinterest)

So I got this awesome idea off Pinterest to make colorful rice! It is so much fun and so easy to make and a very cheap project for the kids. You can find it on my pinterest if you are interested in making it. Paetyn had so much fun playing in it! You can put it in any tupperware you would like and use any toys to play in it as well. Paetyn loved the scoops, shovel, rake and buckets. This is a outside activity I did it in her room at first and that was a total failure ha ha. Yes rice does get outside of the tupperware but I just sweep it back into the tupperware when she is done and yes sand gets in also but like I said it's a cheap activity and Paetyn loves it so it's worth it. Yes Paetyn loves to dump it out and at first I kept telling her to keep it in the tupperware and not to get it outside of it. Then I realized I made this for her to have fun with and if that's what she finds fun then the project was a success! It is easy to make so eventually I will just make some more and do diff colors!!  I hope ya try it out and your child enjoys it as much as mine did:)
